Critics have pointed out flaws in the interior. Customers have complained about problems with its operation. In fact, it continues to rank near the bottom of JD Power ownership studies.

   On the other hand, Ford has an established reputation for quality. People who choose the 2024 Mustang Mach e do not have to ask themselves if the EV will earn its keep. They also don’t have to worry about how they will fix it if they have an accident.
